Stress is changes that occur in our everyday life. How we adjust to stress determines if we will suffer anxiety, which could lead to panic. Stress comes from our body, environment, and mind.

Environmental stress includes bills, injury, death, illnesses, raising children, starting a new family and the like. The environment often places high expectations and demands on each of us. We often endure noises, nosy neighbors, weather changes, interpersonal expectations and demands, crowds, jobs and more considering them as a stressor backed by stress. We often feel threatened of our security and self-esteem or confidence, since performance expectations and demands are often high. The body often responds to
environmental changes, and it determines how we react as to what level of stress will occur. If the stress is high, thus anxiety sets in and if avoided, rather let go it leads to panic.

Body changes occur as we grow and if the development stage runs smoothly, we have a chance at reduced stress. Our physiological changes start at birth and expand to adolescence as we being to grow rapidly. Women face biological changes such as menopause. Women, as well as men, often battle the process of aging. All of us dread illness and injury. We fear accidents since it can cause injury or consequences. The process could change since we can increase our diet and exercise habits to avoid many changes. It is important to get proper rest and avoid harmful chemicals, substances and the like to avoid undue changes of the body.

The mind is the biggest problem that increases stress levels, since the mind often is lacking development and ability to respond to changes. Often the mind thinks of changes as negative influences that destroy the life. Stress comes behind changes, since many people believe stress to be a problem rather than a way of life.

The mind is the ultimate source that pushes the buttons that lead to anxiety and panic. Thus, the mind interprets, translates, and then determines what it perceives. If the changes are complex, the mind could gain control by acting out emotionally. Once emotions are strong it takes you to gain control, otherwise actions, consequences and results will speak louder than words.

Therefore, how your mind interprets complex changes, and how it perceive these changes as well as label the changes depends on the reaction. Anxiety and panic often comes from invalid reasoning. For instance, we can walk to a store and give a friendly smile to a stranger who in turns shoots an unresponsive glare or sends us a darting look of despair. Many people will allow the nerves to rise, which causes anxiety. The fact is this person could be dealing with anxiety, stress and panic self; therefore, we have nothing to do with his misery.

Relationships are a great example where stress often rises to anxiety and panic. Per se, a man comes home late from work while the wife has dinner prepared the two often argue. The argument, stress, anxiety, and panic would rid self if the two think. If the man has given no reason of dishonest relationship, a wife can stop a potential battle by understanding her husband's tardiness. If this is ongoing then we have concern.

Most times people unnerve because they perceive changes as dangerous sources. Most times people think of changes as painful, difficult, or dangerous resources. This drops the ability to cope with stress, thus anxiety and panic creeps in. Therefore, evaluate your situation and consider if you are truly in danger before reacting to stress.
